Out of respect for the meal

The omakase is a single, shared sitting. A few things keep it so.

  1. Punctuality. Both seatings begin together, 17:30 and 20:30. Guests more than fifteen minutes late cannot be seated; the seat is charged in full.

  2. Reservations. A credit card secures each seat. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are charged ¥38,000 per guest.

  3. Attire. Smart, elegant. No sportswear, beachwear, or sleeveless tops for gentlemen.

  4. The chef leads. The omakase cannot be modified. Allergies accommodated with 48 hours' notice.

  5. Presence. No flash or professional photography.

  6. The counter is for adults. Evening seatings are reserved for guests twelve and older.
